The Living Commons
Healthy Space Forum (HSF)
The Living Commons expresses the importance of common spaces — a place where people meet, share stories, and keep eternity alive. These spaces keep life, culture, and memories flowing from past to future, resonating with the concept of Eternal Kalpa.
The pavilion represents the transition of common spaces in Phuket — from private, to semi-public, to public realms — reflecting how personal spaces gradually shrink while communal spaces expand, inviting people to live more openly and together. Part of the structure uses recyclable and reusable materials to minimize waste and express a vision of sustainable living together.
